My Name is Warren D. Griffin

In July of 2006, I was diagnosed with CML (Leukemia). I had such a high white cell blood count and poison  in my body, it was thought that I wouldn’t make it. Well over 3 years later with the help of a strong team of doctors, but more importantly much prayer, changing my diet, adding exercise, I am in remission and feel like I am in the best health I have ever been in. This blog was created as my way of giving back. I truly believe that all of mankind should make it a point to commit to better health and fitness. I am committed to bringing you up to date informational articles on Health, Fitness, Nutrition as well as reviews on some great health products to enhance our health on a daily basis.

Every couple of weeks, I will be posting  new articles  in each category, packed with powerful information we all need to fulfill changes to our health. I am always concerned with making this blog better and better to serve our readers.
