While some pressure at work is necessary to make our work fulfilling and to make us more productive, stress happens when the pressure is excessive and / or continuous and we do not have adequate recovery time. Work-related stress is one of the main causes of sick leave and research has shown that one in six people feel that their job is very or extremely stressful.</h3>
<p>Although work-related stress can be triggered by sudden, unexpected pressures, it is often the consequence of a combination of stressful factors that build up over time. Lots of different factors can cause stress on the job, such as too much or too little responsibility, challenging working conditions, lack of job security, poor fit between your job and your skills and interests, difficult co-workers, and long hours at work.</p>
<p>Both psychological and physical health issues area caused by stress at work. Stress may cause physical symptoms such as digestive issues, sweating, headaches, difficulty sleeping, backaches, and tiredness. Psychological symptoms can include feelings that you cannot cope, irritability and mood swings, disturbed eating patterns, finding it hard to concentrate, feeling less motivated and a lower sex drive (libido).</p>
<p>Since you cannot completely eliminate pressure at work, it is important to know how to effectively handle stress. Stress can be dealt with by three simple methods:</p>
<p>- Learning to change how you react to a stressful event</p>
<p>- Reducing the way stress affects our body</p>
<p>- Learning alternative ways of coping</p>
<p>You need to get specialist help if you have tried to deal with your work-related stress but have not seen acceptable improvements. Do not resist seeing someone because you believe this indicates weakness. It is weak to simply sit and pretend there is no problem. It takes strength to solve your problem. Your doctor will be able to spot the physical symptoms of work-related stress and they will also help you identify the causes of stress, give advice on relaxation techniques and / or refer you to a counselor.</p>
<p>If you feel that your stress is a result of being bullied or harassed then you need to speak to your company&#8217;s human resources or personnel department. You should not have to be the victim on the job. That is not a good situation. Most companies have policies outlining appropriate behavior, which specify the measures to take in these situations. These policies restrict the treatment of their employees and demand that everyone be respected. You can take action against workplace harassment even if your supervisor or manager does not act against your tormentor, as there are laws to protect you.</p>

At first, you will automatically disbelieve these things. You will be tempted to feel as though they aren&#8217;t true and they won&#8217;t happen, but you&#8217;ll be slowly programming your mind to accept choices that will result in more positive outcomes.</p>
<p>The reason why is because although they may not realize it, they have come to believe those terrible things about themselves, not consciously, but subconsciously. All of these negative beliefs eventually lead to a life full of pain, sorrow, and disbelief.</p>
<p>If you want a more successful job then spend time to repeat affirmations to yourself daily. Tell yourself you deserve a higher paying, happier job. If you want a happier relationship, tell yourself often that you deserve a happier relationship. No matter what you want your life to look like, you can change the outcomes by programming your sub-conscious mind to look for the results you want.</p>

<p>The problem here is that kids quickly learn that they have the upper hand, so you must stop these now. Try some of these methods which have been proven to be very effective at getting kids to bed.</p>
<p>You have to implement a bedtime routine for your child form as early an age as possible. They are them used to it as they can&#8217;t remember any different so go to bed without any fuss.</p>
<p>When you set a bedtime be realistic, setting it too early is asking for trouble as a child that is wide awake simply won&#8217;t settle. Put in place a routine so that they wind down, have a bath etc and are in their nightwear ready for bed at the right time. Stick with this and they will soon get the message.</p>
<p>Even older children need a set bedtime or you are asking for trouble, you need to not give the many viable excuses. If they have any assignments or homework, make sure that they are done early and are out of the way.</p>
<p>By doing this, you are eliminating the scenario of the major assignment that must be finished by tomorrow, which they conveniently remember 5 minutes before bedtime. If the work is completed, they have no excuses at all.</p>
<p>Your kid shouldn&#8217;t really have a TV in their room, but if they have, take away the remote controls or gamer controls when they go to bed so they won&#8217;t switch them on the minute you close the door. Kids are very sneaky, so you have to show them who&#8217;s boss.</p>
<p>Stay calm and disciplined while doing these and you will succeed. It my not happen overnight but be patient and you will get there in time!</p>

<p>The symptoms of a UTI include cloudy urine, a strong odor, low fever and a painful, constant need to urinate.  Many women also experience fatigue, nausea, and a general ill feeling.  If the infection is mild, it may often go away on its own without an antibiotic.  However, a prescription medication can be necessary to fully remove all the bacteria so that the UTI does not return.</p>
<p>Having good hygiene is important if you have a chronic UTI. Women should wipe themselves front to back when they use the bathroom. Women who have poor hygiene habits often wipe back to front which can cause fecal mater to enter the urinary tract. This creates bacteria in the urinary tract which causes recurrent urinary tract infections to occur.</p>
<p>If you catch your UTI at the very first sign of symptoms (painful urinating, constant urge to urinate, lower abdominal pain) you may be able to flush out the bacteria with plain water.  Drink plenty of water and it will dilute and flush out the toxins.   Another natural remedy to try at the first signs of a UTI is baking soda.  Mix 1/2 teaspoon in an eight ounce glass of water and drink.  The baking soda will raise the acid balance in your urine.</p>
<p>When being treated with certain medications, the symptoms of urinary tract infections usually clear up in a few days; however, you may need to continue using medications for a week or longer, depending on how you respond to the medication.  In additiion, your doctor may prescribe a pain medication that will help when there is pain with urination. One common side effect of urinary tract analgesics is discolored urine &#8221; bright blue or orange.</p>
<p>If you suffer from a chronic UTI then you should consider going to a pharmacy or retail store and purchasing URIZOL. URIZOL is an over the counter medication that is used to treat this infection. The medication is an all natural remedy for the infection. It eases abdominal pressure, stops burning during urination, and reduces the urge to constantly have to urinate. URIZOL works as a type of diuretic due to the fact that it contains asparagus. Asparagus works to clean out the urinary system so that patients do not feel such a strong urge to urinate. It also contains cranberry which contains antioxidants that work to cleanse the body. The mediation also contains Echinacea, Buchu, Juniper, and Marshmallow mucilage. These ingredients work to reduce urinary irritation, fight infection, and cleanse the urinary tract system. With about a weeks worth of usage, the patient can reduce the symptoms of chronic UTI.</p>

<h3><strong>Eating Healthy</strong></h3>
<p>Obesity rate in today&#8217;s children are at an all time high. This means that we as proud parents need to emphasize to our kids that by providing healthy food choices are important to their health. Make the choices our kids make at home or when dining out good solid ones by providing healthy menus for them to choose from. Let them know that protein is important to their diet. Protein works like the spark plugs in our car. They give the engine the boost to create more energy to run efficient just like proteins does for the body.</p>
<p>Kids can also learn about the healthy choices when choosing side dishes as well. Another important role in the lids diet is carbohydrates. Teaching them which carbs are bad and good is essential when making good healthy decisions. Other sources which are great are fruits and vegetables which are great sources for them to eat. Potatoes, rice, even pasta are good. But the best choices are in the whole grain family. Proper servings for these foods are about 1 cup. Show your children how much a cup really is which is the very best visual to help them understand about food portions.</p>
<p>Remember, that a healthy diet does include some fats, so you don&#8217;t want to eliminate them entirely.  Your kids can have some sugar.  Just don&#8217;t overdue it.</p>
<p><strong>The Path To Good Health Is Exercise</strong></p>
<p>In past decades, kids used to play outside until the moon appeared. These days are quite different. More and more parents are looking at the safety concerns when leaving children outside with no supervision. Work days are even more hectic which means that any kids activities need to be scheduled in order for our kids to play.</p>
<p>Kids these days are frequently into gaming, computer time, or watching tv. I have found that there are some innovative videos games that actually deal with healthy activities while playing. This is great for using games as a healthy activity.</p>
<p>One of the best ways to teach children about healthy exercise is to engage them in healthy, fun activities.</p>
<p>Get them outside playing on the swings and the slides, running around chasing each other, and playing tag and other active games that will get the heart pumping.  Let them climb trees and monkey bars.  Encourage skating and jumping rope.  Take bike rides and walks together to create memories and instill lifelong healthy habits.</p>
<p><strong>Healthy Hygiene Is Important</strong></p>
<p>Tiny kids love taking a bath. Usually, they cannot get enough tine in the bubbles and the toys that are within the tub with them. Parents are pretty much in control when bath their young. They come out squeaky clean and shiny. There was not a hassle when bathing them at that time. As children grow, the need to oversee them when bathing is necessary due to sometimes they will be lazy or even skip bating all together.</p>
<p>Boys and girls usually hit a point in their life where taking a shower or a bath is something like torture. They come out barley wet, fingernails are still dirty, and will dress in the same clothes again! Kids seen to be very unaware that they need to incorporate good healthy hygiene habits so they will not have an odor on them. As a parent, we need to teach our children how to wash themselves properly.</p>
<p>You need to teach your children how to thoroughly wet and soap up a washcloth and wash each body part thoroughly.  It&#8217;s best to start teaching them these skills when they are as young as possible so they will argue less about it when they reach their anti-bathing stage.  You also need to instruct them about washing between their toes, behind their ears, and in other body crevices.  In addition, you should show them how to gently massage their scalp with their fingertips and work up suds to wash their hair thoroughly.  You&#8217;ll also need to teach them how to dry themselves off thoroughly.</p>
<p>One more important aspect to teach is proper dental care.  Kids need to be taught how to brush as well as floss at a young age. Learning how to rinse by using mouthwash is vital as well and should be instituted. Using these models early in life will benefit your children for years to come.</p>
<p><strong>We Are The Parents</strong></p>
<p>Parents need to take their parenting responsibilities seriously.  In addition to teaching them about eating right, exercising, and proper hygiene, they need to model all of these healthy behaviors personally.  They also need to talk with their children-and listen-so they can help them avoid the negative influences of others and prevent them from adopting bad habits like smoking, drinking, or drugs.</p>
<p>Parents need to be sure their children get adequate sleep each night for healthy bodies and minds.  They also need to teach them responsibility with household chores, so they can become responsible people.</p>

However, studies in 2007 and 2008 suggest there may be negative risks of vitamin supplements people are not considering.</p>
<p>Interestingly, while a quick Google search unearthed news stories about these studies from several years ago, it didn&#8217;t show any more recent studies or updates. Therefore, it is unclear if these potential risks are truly the risks of vitamin supplements they were originally touted to be. In fact, even at that time there was controversy about how the studies were conducted, so there was no conclusive evidence that vitamin supplements put people who took them at any greater risk than non-supplement takers.</p>
<p>One of the very real risks of vitamin supplements, however, is a potential overdose of one or more vitamins or minerals. While it is nearly impossible to get an overdose of a vitamin or mineral from eating a normal diet of foods, taking vitamin supplements with too high of a dose of a particular vitamin can be dangerous. Likewise, taking too many vitamin supplements could definitely result in an overdose.</p>
<p>The symptoms of an overdose of a particular vitamin or mineral can vary. Common symptoms, however, include nausea and/or vomiting which could result in weight loss. In addition, muscle weakness and/or nerve damage could result.</p>
<p>If you do decide to take a multivitamin supplement, you can reduce the risks of vitamin supplements by taking only water soluble supplements. This means they dissolve in the body&#8217;s fluids. It also means excess amounts of the vitamin should get flushed out of the body and reduce the chance of an overdose.</p>
<p>While it isn&#8217;t a risk of vitamin supplements per se, there are a few potential disadvantages associated with taking them. For instance, supplements can be costly and many come in large pill form. Some people have trouble swallowing large pills. This could be unpleasant or require them to buy more different supplements to swallow to get smaller sized pills.</p>
<p>On the other hand, there are also some distinct advantages for vitamin supplements. Certainly pregnant and nursing women-and those women who plan to become pregnant-can benefit from taking supplements. Likewise, people who are unable to consume adequate calories or get the appropriate nutritional components from their diet would do well to consider taking a vitamin supplement.</p>
<p>This can include several groups of people: those who are ill or suffering from a chronic condition, those with digestive problems or disorders, and anyone who excludes entire food groups from their diet for whatever the reason. Of course, even those people who may benefit from taking a vitamin supplement should consult a physician or nutritionist for professional advice. This helps ensure they make wise choices and take the proper supplements to best meet their individual needs.</p>

Most triple negative breast cancers are &#8220;basal like&#8221; on gene expression arrays, and this characteristic is being actively researched to determine whether or not the BRCA1 (breast cancer 1, early onset) pathway is a contributor to sporadic basal like breast cancer&#8217;s behavior.</p>
<h3>What are the risk factors for triple negative breast cancer?</h3>
<p>Younger women, especially those of African-American descent, appear to be at greatest risk for triple negative breast cancer. In addition, because it does occur in young women, its diagnosis is usually made in the later stages, when treatment is not as effective. If you are a woman of African-American descent, your social economic status is below average, and you are under the age of 40, you are at highest risk of developing triple negative breast cancer.</p>
<p>If you are a Latina woman living at or near the poverty level, your risk is still quite high, second behind African-American women of poverty level socioeconomic status. No one quite knows why and this is still being studied, but it&#8217;s assumed that these women have less access to information and regular medical treatment, and the social isolation of living in a high crime area, as often happens with lower socioeconomic levels, may also contribute to its late diagnosis and treatment.</p>
<p>Some studies have also shown that there may be a possible link between infrequent breast-feeding and the number of full term pregnancies a woman has had. Specifically for Latina women, three or more full term pregnancies accompanied by shorter-term breast-feeding may contribute to the incidence of triple negative breast cancer, although more studies need to be done before this can be said definitively to be true. If you have a mutation of the BRCA1 (breast cancer 1, early onset) gene, you&#8217;re also at greater risk for developing triple negative breast cancer.</p>
<h3>Treating triple negative breast cancer</h3>
<p>This type of cancer is sensitive to chemotherapy, but early relapse is quite common, as is metastasis to the brain and other areas. Epidermal growth factor receptor, vascular endothelial growth factor, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors, and other targeted agents are being used in clinical trials; early results show promise in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer.</p>
<p>As of 2008, more than one million women were diagnosed with breast cancer, with about a fifth of those (about 173,000) being classified as &#8220;triple negative.&#8221; Gene expression analysis now guides treatment of triple negative breast cancer, such that this type of cancer generally has a muted expression of ER- and HER2-related genes; this is usually accompanied by a lack of of HER2 over-expression and is ER/PR-negative. This is why it&#8217;s called &#8220;triple negative&#8221; breast cancer.</p>
