So, how does Pro Shape RX beat other weight loss products on the market?

Reading the claims that are blazoned all over the internet, the TV, and on supermarket magazine shelves, it can be quite daunting trying to figure out which product really works and which product is best suited for you and your busy lifestyle.

There are so many offers to help you lose the weight you have been trying to lose for years. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out if you should put your faith into the product that says you will lose 10 pounds in 10 days, or 20 pounds in 20 days, or 30 pounds in 30 days.

Some of those companies that proclaim specific results just don’t seem very realistic right from the start. But the folks at ProShapeRX are different. They don’t make false claims of losing a specific number of pounds in a specific time frame. That is unrealistic and not really achievable as everyone’s bodies are different and so results for each individual person really cannot be guaranteed and certainly can set you up to fail even before you begin.

The ProShapeRX weight loss system is different. The doctors and researchers who have worked for years to perfect the 100% natural ingredients in this revolutionary system do not have to make false claims and promises.

Your weight loss goal is as individual as you are, and this team has devised a weight loss pill that will work just for you. There is no magic number of pounds that you will lose in a magic number of days, but after taking this product three times a day for seven days, you will see a remarkable difference. This will become very evident in the way you feel and the way you look. Weighing yourself on your scales and counting each painful pound lost really is not necessary.

You will notice results without even having to rely on that bathroom scale and you will know that you are having success. The ProShapeRX weight loss system works on several different premises including working to reduce hunger pains so that you will be less likely to binge or eat more than you need. You will notice an immediate decrease in food cravings, so you can easily bypass those sugary treats or salty snacks. Your metabolism will start to increase so that all the food that you do consume will be burned up more quickly meaning that fewer calories will be converted into fat.

You will also notice an increase in energy which will in turn encourage you to get moving more and exercise. Increasing exercising has a very positive effect on your body and its ability to convert calories into muscle. You will start to notice the effects within weeks and soon you will be even more motivated to keep on track toward your weight loss goals.

The ProShapeRX weight loss system is designed with you in mind. So there is no need of a lot of hype or false claims. In fact, they are so sure of the results that you will enjoy; they are offering a 30 day free trial. So just give the ProShapeRX system a try — you have nothing to lose except all that excess weight.

For more information, go to ProShapeRX.com.

Hair loss sufferers check their combs and brushes after every use and try to count the number of hairs contained therein.

Hair loss sufferers put on their glasses and check the number of hairs in the shower or sink after each wash. Hair loss sufferers grow anxious, nervous, and scared. How much will go today, and how soon will I begin to look bald to others? They worry about the impressions they will make on bosses, future bosses, friends, co-workers, and even strangers who see them in public places.

What a horrible way to live! If hair loss is beginning to be a daily worry for you, do something about it! Check with your physician to ensure that there is not some physiological cause which can be remedied.

Some diseases have hair loss as early symptoms, and certainly you want to know if you are diabetic and suffering from Lupus. Bacterial and fungal infections can cause hair loss, and can certainly be cured. Worry, anxiety, stress, and major life traumas can cause it. Surgery can cause it. Pregnancy can cause it.

All of these are either temporary or controllable, and that should bring you relief. If, however, you are among the millions of adults who are simply the products of your heredity and/or hormones, you must look in other directions.

1. First and foremost, take care of your body with good diet and exercise. These things affect hair health and can slow down the loss of your hair.

2. Find ways to reduce stress and anxiety. Exercise, Yoga, meditation, etc. are good activities for this.

3. Take care how you treat your hair. Do not pull at it, comb or brush it harshly, or use harsh shampoos. Reduce use of colorants and other harsh chemicals. Try to manipulate your hair as little as possible. Reduce the use of blow dryers and curling irons.

4. Investigate and experiment with the wide variety of products available to reduce hair loss. The earlier in life you begin this investigation and experimentation, the better your results will be. Products like Provillus, for example, should be used with the first signs of more than normal hair loss.

5. Try natural remedies, such as Saw Palmetto(primarily for men), essential oils and herb solutions. These are available at health/nutrition retailers or on many Internet sites. Again, you will have to experiment to find what works best for you. Every body is unique and will respond differently to different treatments.Whatever the level of your hair loss, if it bothers you, you owe it to your own peace of mind and well-being to explore your options.

Do it early on and find what is right for you. For more information on how to keep your hair vibrant, please click here.

They are most common in women, but men and children are susceptible as well.

UTIs occur when bacteria attaches to the urethra’s (the tube that lets urine flow from the bladder to the outside of the body) opening and multiply. Nearly all UTIs are caused by Escherichia coli (E. coli), bacteria which normally lives in the colon. People suffering from urinary tract infections can experience frequent urination, back pain, burning when urinating, pressure around the bladder or generalized fatigue and weakness, while others have no symptoms at all.

The symptoms of a UTI include cloudy urine, a strong odor, low fever and a painful, constant need to urinate. Many women also experience fatigue, nausea, and a general ill feeling. If the infection is mild, it may often go away on its own without an antibiotic. However, a prescription medication can be necessary to fully remove all the bacteria so that the UTI does not return.

Having good hygiene is important if you have a chronic UTI. Women should wipe themselves front to back when they use the bathroom. Women who have poor hygiene habits often wipe back to front which can cause fecal mater to enter the urinary tract. This creates bacteria in the urinary tract which causes recurrent urinary tract infections to occur.

If you catch your UTI at the very first sign of symptoms (painful urinating, constant urge to urinate, lower abdominal pain) you may be able to flush out the bacteria with plain water. Drink plenty of water and it will dilute and flush out the toxins. Another natural remedy to try at the first signs of a UTI is baking soda. Mix 1/2 teaspoon in an eight ounce glass of water and drink. The baking soda will raise the acid balance in your urine.

When being treated with certain medications, the symptoms of urinary tract infections usually clear up in a few days; however, you may need to continue using medications for a week or longer, depending on how you respond to the medication. In additiion, your doctor may prescribe a pain medication that will help when there is pain with urination. One common side effect of urinary tract analgesics is discolored urine ” bright blue or orange.

If you suffer from a chronic UTI then you should consider going to a pharmacy or retail store and purchasing URIZOL. URIZOL is an over the counter medication that is used to treat this infection. The medication is an all natural remedy for the infection. It eases abdominal pressure, stops burning during urination, and reduces the urge to constantly have to urinate. URIZOL works as a type of diuretic due to the fact that it contains asparagus. Asparagus works to clean out the urinary system so that patients do not feel such a strong urge to urinate. It also contains cranberry which contains antioxidants that work to cleanse the body. The mediation also contains Echinacea, Buchu, Juniper, and Marshmallow mucilage. These ingredients work to reduce urinary irritation, fight infection, and cleanse the urinary tract system. With about a weeks worth of usage, the patient can reduce the symptoms of chronic UTI.

Eating Healthy

Obesity rate in today’s children are at an all time high. This means that we as proud parents need to emphasize to our kids that by providing healthy food choices are important to their health. Make the choices our kids make at home or when dining out good solid ones by providing healthy menus for them to choose from. Let them know that protein is important to their diet. Protein works like the spark plugs in our car. They give the engine the boost to create more energy to run efficient just like proteins does for the body.

Kids can also learn about the healthy choices when choosing side dishes as well. Another important role in the lids diet is carbohydrates. Teaching them which carbs are bad and good is essential when making good healthy decisions. Other sources which are great are fruits and vegetables which are great sources for them to eat. Potatoes, rice, even pasta are good. But the best choices are in the whole grain family. Proper servings for these foods are about 1 cup. Show your children how much a cup really is which is the very best visual to help them understand about food portions.

Remember, that a healthy diet does include some fats, so you don’t want to eliminate them entirely. Your kids can have some sugar. Just don’t overdue it.

The Path To Good Health Is Exercise

In past decades, kids used to play outside until the moon appeared. These days are quite different. More and more parents are looking at the safety concerns when leaving children outside with no supervision. Work days are even more hectic which means that any kids activities need to be scheduled in order for our kids to play.

Kids these days are frequently into gaming, computer time, or watching tv. I have found that there are some innovative videos games that actually deal with healthy activities while playing. This is great for using games as a healthy activity.

One of the best ways to teach children about healthy exercise is to engage them in healthy, fun activities.

Get them outside playing on the swings and the slides, running around chasing each other, and playing tag and other active games that will get the heart pumping. Let them climb trees and monkey bars. Encourage skating and jumping rope. Take bike rides and walks together to create memories and instill lifelong healthy habits.

Healthy Hygiene Is Important

Tiny kids love taking a bath. Usually, they cannot get enough tine in the bubbles and the toys that are within the tub with them. Parents are pretty much in control when bath their young. They come out squeaky clean and shiny. There was not a hassle when bathing them at that time. As children grow, the need to oversee them when bathing is necessary due to sometimes they will be lazy or even skip bating all together.

Boys and girls usually hit a point in their life where taking a shower or a bath is something like torture. They come out barley wet, fingernails are still dirty, and will dress in the same clothes again! Kids seen to be very unaware that they need to incorporate good healthy hygiene habits so they will not have an odor on them. As a parent, we need to teach our children how to wash themselves properly.

You need to teach your children how to thoroughly wet and soap up a washcloth and wash each body part thoroughly. It’s best to start teaching them these skills when they are as young as possible so they will argue less about it when they reach their anti-bathing stage. You also need to instruct them about washing between their toes, behind their ears, and in other body crevices. In addition, you should show them how to gently massage their scalp with their fingertips and work up suds to wash their hair thoroughly. You’ll also need to teach them how to dry themselves off thoroughly.

One more important aspect to teach is proper dental care. Kids need to be taught how to brush as well as floss at a young age. Learning how to rinse by using mouthwash is vital as well and should be instituted. Using these models early in life will benefit your children for years to come.

We Are The Parents

Parents need to take their parenting responsibilities seriously. In addition to teaching them about eating right, exercising, and proper hygiene, they need to model all of these healthy behaviors personally. They also need to talk with their children-and listen-so they can help them avoid the negative influences of others and prevent them from adopting bad habits like smoking, drinking, or drugs.

Parents need to be sure their children get adequate sleep each night for healthy bodies and minds. They also need to teach them responsibility with household chores, so they can become responsible people.

Most people agree that vitamin supplements are a healthy addition to your daily routine.

In particular, if you do not eat a diet naturally rich in the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body requires to fight illness and disease and function properly, vitamin supplements can help you meet the minimum recommended daily requirements. However, studies in 2007 and 2008 suggest there may be negative risks of vitamin supplements people are not considering.

Interestingly, while a quick Google search unearthed news stories about these studies from several years ago, it didn’t show any more recent studies or updates. Therefore, it is unclear if these potential risks are truly the risks of vitamin supplements they were originally touted to be. In fact, even at that time there was controversy about how the studies were conducted, so there was no conclusive evidence that vitamin supplements put people who took them at any greater risk than non-supplement takers.

One of the very real risks of vitamin supplements, however, is a potential overdose of one or more vitamins or minerals. While it is nearly impossible to get an overdose of a vitamin or mineral from eating a normal diet of foods, taking vitamin supplements with too high of a dose of a particular vitamin can be dangerous. Likewise, taking too many vitamin supplements could definitely result in an overdose.

The symptoms of an overdose of a particular vitamin or mineral can vary. Common symptoms, however, include nausea and/or vomiting which could result in weight loss. In addition, muscle weakness and/or nerve damage could result.

If you do decide to take a multivitamin supplement, you can reduce the risks of vitamin supplements by taking only water soluble supplements. This means they dissolve in the body’s fluids. It also means excess amounts of the vitamin should get flushed out of the body and reduce the chance of an overdose.

While it isn’t a risk of vitamin supplements per se, there are a few potential disadvantages associated with taking them. For instance, supplements can be costly and many come in large pill form. Some people have trouble swallowing large pills. This could be unpleasant or require them to buy more different supplements to swallow to get smaller sized pills.

On the other hand, there are also some distinct advantages for vitamin supplements. Certainly pregnant and nursing women-and those women who plan to become pregnant-can benefit from taking supplements. Likewise, people who are unable to consume adequate calories or get the appropriate nutritional components from their diet would do well to consider taking a vitamin supplement.

This can include several groups of people: those who are ill or suffering from a chronic condition, those with digestive problems or disorders, and anyone who excludes entire food groups from their diet for whatever the reason. Of course, even those people who may benefit from taking a vitamin supplement should consult a physician or nutritionist for professional advice. This helps ensure they make wise choices and take the proper supplements to best meet their individual needs.

Triple negative breast cancer is breast cancer that tests clinically negative in its expression of progesterone and estrogen receptors, and for HER2 proteins.

It is very aggressive, has distinct patterns of metastasis, has unique molecular profile, and doesn’t have targeted therapies that have been proven to work. Most triple negative breast cancers are “basal like” on gene expression arrays, and this characteristic is being actively researched to determine whether or not the BRCA1 (breast cancer 1, early onset) pathway is a contributor to sporadic basal like breast cancer’s behavior.

What are the risk factors for triple negative breast cancer?

Younger women, especially those of African-American descent, appear to be at greatest risk for triple negative breast cancer. In addition, because it does occur in young women, its diagnosis is usually made in the later stages, when treatment is not as effective. If you are a woman of African-American descent, your social economic status is below average, and you are under the age of 40, you are at highest risk of developing triple negative breast cancer.

If you are a Latina woman living at or near the poverty level, your risk is still quite high, second behind African-American women of poverty level socioeconomic status. No one quite knows why and this is still being studied, but it’s assumed that these women have less access to information and regular medical treatment, and the social isolation of living in a high crime area, as often happens with lower socioeconomic levels, may also contribute to its late diagnosis and treatment.

Some studies have also shown that there may be a possible link between infrequent breast-feeding and the number of full term pregnancies a woman has had. Specifically for Latina women, three or more full term pregnancies accompanied by shorter-term breast-feeding may contribute to the incidence of triple negative breast cancer, although more studies need to be done before this can be said definitively to be true. If you have a mutation of the BRCA1 (breast cancer 1, early onset) gene, you’re also at greater risk for developing triple negative breast cancer.

Treating triple negative breast cancer

This type of cancer is sensitive to chemotherapy, but early relapse is quite common, as is metastasis to the brain and other areas. Epidermal growth factor receptor, vascular endothelial growth factor, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors, and other targeted agents are being used in clinical trials; early results show promise in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer.

As of 2008, more than one million women were diagnosed with breast cancer, with about a fifth of those (about 173,000) being classified as “triple negative.” Gene expression analysis now guides treatment of triple negative breast cancer, such that this type of cancer generally has a muted expression of ER- and HER2-related genes; this is usually accompanied by a lack of of HER2 over-expression and is ER/PR-negative. This is why it’s called “triple negative” breast cancer.

When you teach kids about health, there are two parts to your job.

You Are What You Eat
At a time when childhood obesity is at the highest levels ever, it’s important to control your children food choices. You can teach kids about healthy menu choices whether you’re at home or at a fast food restaurant. Let them know that meats, poultry, and fish are the proteins that work like fuel in a train’s engine. What else should kids eat? They need carbohydrates, and the best kind come from fruits and vegetables. But you can also show them that it’s all right to eat potatoes, pasta, and rice, as long as their food portions are the right size-a half cup or less. Of course, it doesn’t work if you preach this; instead, demonstrate it by serving that amount. Your children need your guidance in controlling their portions.
Don’t forget, by the way, that some fats are necessary in every diet, and a little sugar-the key word is little-never hurt anyone!

Exercise
Gone are the days when the neighborhood children spilled out of their houses after dinner and played together until the street lights came on. Families live by fast-paced schedules, and in most families both parents work. Plus, people worry more than they used to about the safety of their neighborhoods. Add to that the hodge-podge of extracurricular lessons that keep most children tied to a schedule, and their playtime is just not what it used to be.Many of them use their free time sitting in front of a television, game console, or computer.

One of the game companies had a great idea with a video game format designed to get kids off their duffs and onto their feet, but in reality most people still just sit to play. Teach kids about health, then, by making them go outdoors and play. Help them understand the importance of running races that get their hearts pumping. Get them flexing muscles while they climb on playground equipment or, better yet, trees. Whether they bike, skate, jump rope, or just go for walks, you are instilling beneficial habits in them that will last a lifetime.

Hygiene
Remember how much fun it was when your children were little more than babies, and they played in the bathtub with bubbles and rubber duckies? You can reminisce about those days while you’re enjoying your own time in the bathtub, relaxing in warm scented water, surrounded by dimly lit candles. However, somewhere during those years between rubber duckies and aromatherapy candles, your kids stop cleaning themselves when they bathe. Believe it or not, just about all kids-girls as well as boys-go through stages where they skip showers. Or they get into the shower but they don’t use soap.

Or they just put the same underwear back on. You need to tell them they will smell bad if they skip these steps. You can teach kids about health by keeping close tabs on their hygiene routines. Show your children how to soap up the washcloth and scrub all their body parts. Teach them how to get their fingertips going when they wash their hair, and be certain they wash behind their ears and between their toes. And no job is done until you get to the end! Your kids need to learn proper dental care, too. Demonstrate the right way to brush, and teach them how to floss. Make mouthwash a part of the daily routine.

Be in Control
Teach kids to be healthy by ensuring that they sleep enough hours each night. Give them chores so that they learn to handle responsibility. Talk about bad habits such as drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes with them. And model good behaviors: The best way to teach kids about health is by showing them, personally, how to be healthy.
