    I agree that what we eat determines what level of health we live with. But we shouldn’t structure our diet so strictly that it becomes a burden to get meals. There are many different ways to prepare foods to make them appealing and very palatable. And there are so many recipes online that we never need worry about having to eat the same thing day after day to be healthy. And eating something not on our regimen is OK if it’s only once in awhile. And after awhile you become accustomed to not eating certain things – such as sugar.
