If your starvation diet  plan has been setup and geared by you popping crackers, diuretics and eating one sweet pea, you’re headed for disaster. Besides being downright miserable, a starvation diet can thwart your weight loss efforts and do some serious injury to your health.

I’m not attempting to scare you, but if you intend to turn a starvation diet into a life-style, you’ll end up in a body bag manner before some time. No quantity of skinny is value your life.

When this happens, your metabolism can abate and your body will hold on to stored fat in order to conserve energy.

When you go without food, you don’t get any of the essential nutrients needed for good health. This will result in fatigue, kidney failure, heart failure, gallstones, ulcers, hair loss, muscle weakness and osteoporosis. This is simply a brief list of the physical issues a starvation diet will cause. And we wont even touch on the effects of the mental stuff yet.

The burden lost from starvation diets virtually forever comes back. A starvation diet will slow your metabolism down. And whether you know it or not, it will take months for your body to come back to normal. As soon as you start eating once more, you’ll possible gain all of the burden you lost back, and usually a few additional pounds.

    Wow I never knew that coconut water was good to aid weight loss. Fantastic news thanks for the information it is very useful. My favourite coconut water is Cocofina. You got to try it for your self it has a lovely nutty taste.
